🌟 **Welcome to the Sunday Jam!** 🌟 Join us every **Sunday** for an immersive **Contact Improvisation** dance jam where we explore the art of movement! Our sessions begin with a guided warm-up to help you connect with your body, followed by an open jam session. 🗓 **When:** 10 oktober 17:00 - 20:00 (17:00 - 18:00: Guided warm-up, 18:00 - 20:00: Open Jam) 📍 **Where:** Hornsgatan 93, 117 28, Stockholm 🚪 **Doors open:** 16:50 before the intro and 18:00 after - arrive at either time to get in. ### About Contact Improvisation Contact Improvisation is more than just a dance; it's a fascinating journey through movement, where listening and being attuned to your own body, the surrounding space, and others is essential. This dynamic practice encourages interaction through physical contact, making every session unique and unpredictable. Originating from the experimental dance scene in the 1970s USA, this art form has blossomed worldwide, inviting diverse communities of movement enthusiasts to join in. ### About the Jam The Sunday Jam welcomes everyone curious about dancing in and out of contact. Whether you choose to dance, observe, or simply engage with the space, we emphasize movement over conversation—please save socializing for outside the studio. You are free to enter or leave a dance at any time, and we dance barefoot in comfortable clothing. ### Membership and Pricing After 30 years of hosting Sunday jams, starting in 2025, we will operate as a non-profit association: **Kontaktimprovisation Stockholm**.
